Appointment is not required for group of under 6 people. We always accept drop-in. We will update on the website if there are private events when drop-in is not accepted. If you are a group of 6 people or more, you can book an appointment through our official website, by phone or on-site. When making an appointment, please provide your contact information and estimated experience time.
Please arrive before the appointment time and show your appointment information to the staff. We will arrange suitable equipment and games for you and provide simple operation instructions.
It is normal that you may feel uncomfortable when you first use VR equipment. You can start with simple games and gradually adapt to the vision and operation of the equipment. If you feel dizzy, nauseous or other discomfort symptoms, please stop the experience immediately and inform the staff.
Our VR headsets are adjustable, just inform one of our store assistant and we’ll adjust the headset for you.
Make sure the handle is fully charged and use it within the effective range. If the operation is not sensitive, you can try to re-pair the controller or check the device connection. If the problem persists, please inform the staff and we will repair or replace the device.
Before the experience, our staff will introduce you to the basic operation and gameplay of the game. During the game, you can also lift up your headset or raise your hand so our staff will come to you immediately.
Our arcade games have no age requirement. To play the VR treadmill, you must be 11 or 12 years old(depending on the body size, we need to make sure they can be buckled up tightly); to play the VR hoverboard, you need to be at least 10 years and up; all other VR games have no age restriction, as long as you feel comfortable playing.
We recommend that you make a reservation at least 3 weeks in advance as our party room is fully customized for every event. (from wall to the ground and various screens in the venue)
